Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: June 30, 2026

Welcome to Parallel HR. These Terms and Conditions govern your organization's subscription and use of the Parallel HR software suite developed and owned by The Parallel Code. By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Service Usage Terms

Parallel HR grants your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable subscription license to access our cloud-based HRMS services for internal business operations. Users must not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the codebase of Parallel HR.
  • Use the services to store or transmit malicious script codes or files.
  • Bypass location validations (such as mock location spoofing) under the Geo-Fence attendance log features.

2. Account Responsibilities

Organizations are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their HR administrator and employee login credentials. Any activity taking place under authenticated profiles is the sole responsibility of the subscribing organization.

3. Subscription & Payment Policies

Parallel HR charges subscriptions based on the selected employee count bracket (Starter, Growth, Business, or Enterprise).

  • Payments are charged upfront on a monthly or annual billing cycle.
  • Annual subscriptions include a discount equivalent to 2 months free and are billed as a single annual charge.
  • Subscribing brackets scale automatically when employee registration directories exceed the active plan limit.

4. Refund Policies

All subscription payments are non-refundable. Since we offer personalized walkthroughs, system trials, and setup consultations prior to billing, we do not issue pro-rata refunds for mid-cycle cancellations or downgrades.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, database design layouts, user interface styles, graphics, and trademarks associated with Parallel HR and The Parallel Code are the exclusive intellectual property of The Parallel Code. Unauthorized duplication, branding, or usage is strictly prohibited.

6. Termination Clauses

Either party may terminate the service subscription by providing a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, access to the active portal is deactivated. The Parallel Code provides a 30-day data retrieval window for organizations to export their employees' attendance, payroll, and leave databases before permanent server deletions occur.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Parallel Code shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, payroll errors due to manual data mis-configurations, or internet disruptions) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform. Our maximum cumulative liability is capped at the amount paid by the customer in the preceding 3 months.

8. Governing Law (India)

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising under these conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
